WHAT IT HAS GOING FOR IT
- Retreat cost 1. One Energy to discard and it is back on the Bench, which matters a lot on the turn you need to swap attackers.
- It has an Ability, Recon Directive. An Ability costs you no attack, so you can use it and still swing the same turn.
- Ethan's Typhlosion runs it in 23 of the 24 lists we have read, seen across 22 different tournaments.
- No Weakness printed on the card. Nothing doubles up the damage it takes.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR
