WHAT IT HAS GOING FOR IT
- Retreat cost 1. One Energy to discard and it is back on the Bench, which matters a lot on the turn you need to swap attackers.
- Team Rocket's Honchkrow runs it in 21 of the 21 lists we have read, seen across 20 different tournaments.
