WHAT IT HAS GOING FOR IT
- Retreat cost 1. One Energy to discard and it is back on the Bench, which matters a lot on the turn you need to swap attackers.
- Toucannon runs it in 20 of the 20 lists we have read, seen across 18 different tournaments.
- It is a Basic Pokémon. You can put it down on your very first turn, with nothing to evolve through.
- Mark J. The next rotation takes mark H away, so this one stays tournament legal.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR
