- It retreats for free. You can pull it back to the Bench whenever you like, even with no Energy on it at all.

WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR
- It is an ex card. The turn it goes down your opponent takes two Prizes instead of one, and games do turn on exactly that.
- It is a Stage 2. You have to come through Cynthia's Gabite to get here, or find a Rare Candy to skip the middle step.
- Weakness Grass ×2. Against a Grass Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 1,386 tournament lists we have read, 872 run at least one Pokémon of that type.
